    Escalade.camptocamp.com??

Escalade.camptocamp.com is an interactive site for anyone who practices alpinism at any level. It provides the following services:

    • A Cliff guide composed of a database of climbing sites in the whole world. Climbers can consult the site descriptions. They can also add information (new sectors, change in conditions) and let the community benefit from their experience.
    • Directories based on subject (clubs, rooms, trade, professionals...). These directories are completely interactive. Anyone can add new elements.
    • Services. This contains a schedule of climbing events (competitions and others) and a list of available internships. This information is also provided by the community.
    • A growing collection of articles and files devoted to the various aspects of climbing
    • Photo album, where everyone can put their best on-line climbing photographs. It is also possible to link these photographs with sites described in the cliff guide.
    • The discussion forums classified by topic, where anyone ask questions, give answers, or simply share their feelings with other fans of the vertical dimension.
      .
    • Links classified by topics towards other sites which may be useful.

Consulting all these services is free of charge and anonymous. Registration (also free) is required to be able to add elements (outings to the topo-guide, photographs, information to the directories and services...). This registration also provides access to additional services in the Member area.
